Le Réseau Ouest Africain des Jeunes femmes Leaders (ROAJELF) opère au Bénin dans le but de promouvoir l’autonomie des jeunes filles et femmes, en particulier dans les domaines économiques et sociaux, tout en abordant les enjeux environnementaux. Dans le cadre d’un partenariat avec Oxfam, le ROAJELF-Bénin lance un projet d’autonomisation visant à renforcer le leadership des femmes dans la lutte contre le changement climatique. Pour ce faire, l’organisation recrute un consultant spécialisé en énergies renouvelables et changement climatique pour mettre en œuvre des formations pratiques axées sur les Associations Villageoises d’Épargne et de Crédit (AVEC), la fabrication de biocharbon et l’installation de jardins hors sol.
Le rôle du consultant sera crucial dans l’exécution de ce projet. Ses responsabilités incluent la conception et l’animation de formations adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des participantes, la fourniture des équipements nécessaires pour la fabrication de biocharbon et l’installation des jardins hors sol, ainsi que le suivi post-formation pour évaluer l’impact des activités. Le consultant devra également assurer des rapports réguliers sur les progrès et participer à des réunions de suivi avec les partenaires du projet.
Le profil recherché pour ce poste exige une expertise avérée dans les domaines de l’autonomisation des femmes, du changement climatique et de l’agriculture durable, ainsi qu’une compréhension approfondie des enjeux de genre. Les candidats doivent démontrer une expérience antérieure dans des projets similaires et présenter un dossier complet comprenant leur curriculum vitae, une offre technique et financière détaillée, ainsi que des références professionnelles.
